AP Runa Mafi 1st List of Farmers
AP Runa Mafi 1st list of farmers will be available at http://apscbsportal.ap.gov.in/loanstatus. AP Runa Mafi List is now available at all banks. Banks will display AP Runa Mafi 1st List of Eligible Farmers on 8th December 2014. Eligible Farmers who are placed in the 1st list for runa mafi can check their details at Andhra Bank, State Bank of India, State Bank of Hyderabad, DCCB District Cooperative Central Bank Etc,. AP Runa Mafi List will be displayed online at http://apscbsportal.ap.gov.in/loanstatus as expected earlier. Instead it will also be displayed at all banks. Govt of AP, Department of Finance has sent the AP Runa Mafi 1st List to the banks yesterday evening. A total of 40,43,169 bank accounts are eligible for AP Crop Loan Waiver. About 22,79,018 families will be benefited from this scheme. Crop loan waiver amount will be transferred to the accounts of AP Runa Mafi 1st List of farmers (beneficiaries).

Farmers have to check in the list whether their account is eligible or not on Monday at the respective banks from which they have availed crop loan. Names of Farmers who are not listed in the Runa Mafi 1st list will be displayed online with in few days. Farmers can check online whether their account is eligible or not after the 1st list is being displayed on Monday. AP Govt has already issued a government order regarding the guidelines for money transfer from Rythu Sadhikara Samstha to banks and banks to the individual accounts. AP Runa Mafi Money Transfer Guidelines
Farmers’ Empowerment Programme – Farmers’ Debt Redemption – Transfer of Funds by Rythu Sadhikara Samstha to the Farmers’ Accounts – Orders Issued.
Government issued orders for redemption of agricultural crop loans and gold loans availed for agricultural purpose, together not exceeding Rs 1.50 lakh per family.
AP State Government after careful and thorough consideration of all possible options, ordered for the establishment of Rythu Sadhikara Samstha in the reference fourth read above. The Rythu Sadhikara Samstha has been assigned responsibility for ‘channelling funds to the farmers equivalent to the agricultural debt eligible for redemption under the provisions of Government Orders’ issued from time to time. In addition, the Rythu Sadhikara Samstha would receive and channel funds, programs and development activities meant for farmers’ development. Accordingly, in the references sixth read above, the Government has released Rupees Five Thousand Crores (Rs 5,000 Crores) to the Rythu Sadhikara Samstha for the purpose of Farmers’ Debt Redemption.
The list of farm families (Rythu Kutumbalu) cleared for debt redemption during the first phase has been computed based on the information provided by the Banks and validated after careful scrutiny using the IT application developed by NIC. The beneficiary details have been compiled for every Bank and every Branch. The list of those cleared for debt redemption in the Phase-I is being published online for the information of the public shortly and the list will be delivered to the Rythu Sadhikara Samstha, Banks and the other key stakeholders. Verification and clearance of the remaining accounts will be undertaken during the second Phase.

The Branch Managers shall obtain an application-cum-affidavit from each beneficiary family in the format to be prescribed by the Rythu Sadhikara Samstha before transferring the benefit to the beneficiary account (AP Runa Mafi 1st List of Farmers).
