IIM CAT Answer Key 2014 November 16/November 22
IIM CAT Answer Key 2014 will soon be released. IIM CAT Answer Key 16th November 2014 and IIM CAT Answer Key 22nd November 2014 will be published online athttps://iimcat.ac.in. IIM CAT Test Day 1 was held on 16th November 2014 and IIM CAT Test Day 2 will be held on 22nd November 2014. CAT Answer Key 2014 will also be published by several private coaching centers/Institutions like Resonance, Bansal Classes, Career Point, Allen Kota, Aakash Institute will prepare unofficial IIM CAT Answer Key 2014 and publish online. There are at present 13 IIMs in India now at Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Lucknow, Kozhikode, Indore, Shillong, Rohtak, Ranchi, Raipur, Thirucharapalli, Udaipur and Kashipur.
IIM CAT 2014
The Indian Institute of Management is conducting Common Admission Test (CAT 2014) during a 2 day testing window (4 sessions) on the 16th November 2014 and 22nd November 2014. CAT 2014 will be conducted by IIMs as a pre-requisite for admission to various management programs of IIMs.
Test Duration and Pattern
The test duration is for a total time of 2 hours and 50 minutes (170 minutes). PWD/DA candidates with scribe requirements will be allowed an extra hour. All candidates will start the test at the same time when the invigilator signals to start. Candidates are to remain at their seats for the entire duration of the test even if they complete their test early. The Submit button will be enabled only upon completion of test time. The medium of the test is in English language for all candidates. The test has 100 multiple choice questions across two sections. The two sections are
Quantitative Ability and Data Interpretation 50
Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning 50
Each IIM shortlists candidates for second stage of selection which may be independent of each other. The process may include Written Ability Test (WAT), Group Discussions (GD) and Personal Interviews (PI). Performance in CAT 2014 examination is an important component in the admission process. IIMs may use previous academic performance of the candidates, relevant work experience and other similar inputs in short listing and ranking of candidates at various stages of the admission process. The processes, academic cut-offs and the weights allocated to the evaluation parameters may vary across IIMs. For more information you may refer the admissions policies of IIMs from their respective websites.
