Telangana Govt 5.99% DA from July 2014 for Employees Pensioners
Telangana Government has announced 5.99% DA (Dearness Allowance) for its Employees and Pensioners from 1st July 2014 (01.07.2014). This 5.99% New D.A will be applicable from 01.07.2014. Telangana Govt has released New D.A G.O Ms.No.35 Dated 01.10.2014 for the its employees and D.R (Dearness Relief) G.O for its Pensioners. Last DA enhancement was announced in the month of January 2014 in the united Andhra Pradesh. After bifurcation, this will be the 1st DA announcement by the Telangana state government. D.A G.O is not yet released. It will be released soon.
Telangana Chief Minister has announced the increase of Dearness Allowance today. New DA will likely be sanctioned before the Dasara festival. Chief Minister has announced DA hike today on the eve of 2 important festivals Dasara and Bathukamma Festival. Telangana Govt Employees at present drawing 71.904% DA. With this hike, the state government employees new DA will be enhanced to 77.894%. Pensioners DR will also be enhanced to 77.894%. Finance department has released DA G.O Ms.No.35 today that is on the 1st of October 2014.

ORDER:
Government hereby order the revision of Dearness Allowance (DA) sanctioned in the Government Order 27th read above to the employees of Government of Telangana from 71.904% of the basic pay to 77.896% of basic pay from 1st July, 2014.
The Dearness Allowance sanctioned in the above para shall also be payable to:
i) The employees of Zilla Parishads, Mandal Parishads, Gram Panchayats, Municipalities, Municipal Corporations, Agricultural Market Committees and Zilla Grandhalaya Samasthas, Work Charged Establishment, who are drawing pay in a regular scale of pay in the Revised Pay Scales, 2010 and to the full time contingent employees whose remuneration has been revised from Rs.3850/- to Rs.6700/- per month vide G.O.Ms.No.171, Finance (P.C.III) Department, dated 13.05.2010
