AP Runa Mafi List will soon be announced. AP Runa Mafi List of farmers for AP Crop Loan Waiver Scheme will likely be announced next week. November 17th 2014 is the last date to submit AP Runa Mafi List of Farmers who are eligible for crop loan waiver scheme in Andhra Pradesh. AP State Govt has sent AP Runa Mafi List of Farmers to the district collectors to check how many farmers have not submitted Ration Cards and Aadhar Numbers. These AP Runa Mafi Lists have been distributed to the Janma Bhoomi Committees by the Tahsildar of the concerned mandals of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari, West Godavari, Krishna, Guntur, Prakasam, Kadapa, Nellore, Kurnool, Anantapur, Chittoor.

But about 52,00,000 farmers have not submitted either Ration Card or Aadhar Number. It is a big task for the MROs (Tahsildars)/Janma Bhoomi Committees/District Collectors to finalize the list and to announce AP Runa Mafi List of Farmers with in stipulated time that the AP State Govt has given to the officials about the preparation of these lists for AP Crop Loan Waiver Scheme.

For 81 Lakh crop loan accounts, 5.82 lakh accounts do not have relevant information, so that these accounts have been rejected. For each mandal, atleast 6,000 to 20,000 accounts have to be verified by the officers concerned. Hence the process will take time, anyway AP State Govt has given time upto the Monday, 17th November 2014 to finalize the final list of eligible farmers and list of rejected accounts. AP Runa Mafi 1st installment will likely be deposited into the Bank Accounts of the eligible farmers by the 28th November 2014. The AP State Govt is very keen on this issue. AP Runa Mafi Amount will be deposited into the bank accounts of the Farmers in about 5 installments in a span of 4/5 years time.

Definition of Family for AP Runa Mafi: Family is defined as i.e. Head of the family, his wife & dependent children. Criteria to identify the family members shall be from documents like Ration Card, Voter list etc;. Benefit of Debt waiver applies to agriculture family as a unit and not
individual account separately. Either crop loan or agriculture gold loan for crop purposes or converted crop loan is eligible subject to ceiling

If any of the information required in the AP Runa Mafi 30 column format is not available either in the CBS or in loan file maintained by the bank, the branch manager may
call the loanee with the relevant record (say, Aadhaar Number/ Ration Card/ Pattadar Pass Book/ Khata/LEC) and enter the details in the presence of the loanee.
