AP Runa Mafi Second List of Farmers for Phase 2 of AP Crop Loan Waiver Scheme will be announced today that is 27th March 2015. AP Runa Mafi 2nd List (Phase 2) will likely be released by 7pm on 27.03.2015. Farmers of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari, West Godavari, Krishna, Guntur, Prakasam, Nellore, Kadapa, Kurnool, Anantapur, Chittoor who have not been placed in the 1st list due to several reasons are likely to be added into the AP Runa Mafi Second List of eligible farmers. Farmers who have not submitted Aadhar Number and Ration Card were not listed in the 1st list. AP Runa Mafi 1st list was announced on the 7th of December 2014 and about 22 Lakh eligible farmers are listed in the 1st list out of a total of 43 Lakh eligible farmers. Farmers whose debt is less than fifty thousand rupees have been placed in the first list of runa mafi. Total Runa Mafi process will be completed in three phases.

Government issued operational guidelines for implementing the debt redemption scheme to farmers of Andhra Pradesh. Accordingly, collection of data in 34 columns Template from Banks /RRB’s/DCCB’s etc; has since been completed and the 1st phase of list containing 22.79 lakh eligible farmers for providing relief, is made available to the bank-branches / concerned Mandal Revenue Officer and the beneficiary-farmers. W.e.f. from 10.12.2014. The farmer’s accounts that could not be processed /cleared during the 1st phase for want of details of documents such as Ration Card, Aadhaar etc; are being given another opportunity for verification/submission of the required details in the 2nd phase. National Information Center (NIC) will publish the list of such loan accounts in their portal. This list of will be made available to the bank-branches and placed in public domain for rectification and reprocessing with effect from 10.12.2014.

AP Runa Mafi 2nd Phase

AP Runa Mafi Second List/2nd Phase List process has been started from the 9th of December 2014 and the process continues up to the 8th of January 2015. Farmers who have been placed in the AP Runa Mafi Second List will get their loan accounts waived from the 14th of January 2015. The AP State Govt will be releasing the 2nd list of Runa Mafi on the 12th December 2014. Farmers have to check the official website http://apcbsportal.ap.gov.in/loanstatus/LoanStatus.aspx for the AP Runa Mafi Second List. To prevent the server side problems the AP State Govt has started 3 websites to check the runa mafi lists.

Farmers who are placed in the AP Runa Mafi Second List can check their Loan Account Status by submitting their Aadhar Number or Ration Card Number or Loan Account Number as shown in the above picture
