APSET Cut Off Marks 2014/TSSET Cut Off Marks 2014/2015 have been released. Community wise OC/General, BC, SC, ST Cut Off Marks of APSET/TSSET Paper 1, Paper 2, Paper 3 Cut Off Marks of Geography, Chemical Sciences, Commerce, Computer Science & Applications, Economics, Education, English, Earth Science, Life Sciences, Journalism & Mass Communication, Management, Hindi, History, Law, Mathematical Sciences, Physical Sciences, Physical Education, Philosophy, Political Science, Psychology, Public Administration, Sociology, Telugu, Urdu, Library and Information Science, Sanskrit and Social Work were released by the Osmania University.
AP/TSSET Results have been announced today. APSET Merit List/TSSET Merit List 2014 will soon be prepared by the University. The Moderation and Steering Committees of TSSET 2014 & APSET 2014 have carefully gone through the procedure and criteria set by the UGC, New Delhi for the finalization of result as follows..
Step 1: Minimum marks to be obtained in SET-TS & AP-2014 for considering a candidate for the eligibility for Assistant Professor/Lectureship: The candidates are required to obtain following minimum marks separately in Paper 1, Paper 2 and Paper 3 as given below:
Step 2: Amongst those candidates who have cleared Step 1, a merit list was prepared subject-wise and category-wise using the aggregate marks of all the three papers secured by such candidates.
Step 3: Top 15% candidates (for each subject and category), from the merit list mentioned under Step-II, was declared SET – TS & AP-2014 qualified for eligibility for Assistant Professor/Lectureship only. By this method, if the number obtained is less than one, it is taken as at least one, i.e. a minimum of one candidate is qualified wherever a fraction less than one is obtained as per this methodology. However, for fractions greater than one, the figure is rounded off to nearest whole number.
