cse.ap.gov.in website contains AP Teachers Transfer Seniority Lists of SGT, School Assistant Telugu, English, Hindi, Mathematics, Physics, Biology, Social Studies, PET, LFL Head Master, Grade 2 Head Master of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari, West Godavari, Guntur, Prakasam, Krishna, Nellore, Anantapur, Chittoor, Kadapa and Kurnool.
AP Teachers need to visit the official commissioner and director of school education website http://cse.ap.gov.in for all management wise, subject wise, district wise, category wise transfer seniority lists. Due to heavy traffic, this website some times, does not open, teachers have to wait few more minutes to see live website. This year AP Teachers Transfers will be conducted through web counseling. This is the first time that the AP state govt is conducting transfers through web based counselling like EAMCET, ICET Etc,.
Transfers Web Counselling
- Department of School Education, Govt of AP has releasee all Vacancies List which includes 8 years vacancies, rationalization vacancies and clear vacancies.
- AP Teachers need to visit the school education department website which is http://cse.ap.gov.in (http://125.22.8.75/DSE/). Teachers need to download Transfers Seniority List from this website. http://cse.ap.gov.in is the only authorized website to check transfer seniority lists.
- Teachers have to enter their preferences for transfers. Districts List will be displayed on the screen. You have to select the Mandal with in your district, to which you wish to Transfer, then list of vacancies (Clear Vacancies, 8 years Vacancies, Rationalization Vacancies of that mandal will be displayed. You have to select your options and have to click ‘Submit’ Option.
Transfers Online Apply
Teachers have to apply Online for Transfers. AP Teachers Transfer Application Form will be available at http://cse.ap.gov.in. Teachers need to enter their information in the transfers application form. They have to download the filled in application form and need to submit the same to the concerned HMs, MEOs and DEOs. They will confirm the transfers application form by verifying the documents attached to the transfers application form.
Entitlement Points
AP Teachers Transfers Seniority Lists will be prepared by the school education department. Transfers Seniority Lists will be made available online at the official website http://125.22.8.75/DSE/. Teachers need to download the Category wise, Subject wise, Medium wise Seniority Lists and have to check the entitlement points they have secured.
Transfers Web Counselling
As said earlier, Teachers need to log in to the official website http://cse.ap.gov.in for Transfers Web Counselling. After confirming transfers application form online, every teacher will be provided with a registration ID. Teachers need to access the website with this registration ID. A one time password (OTP) will be sent to the registered mobile phone number of the applicant. With these two credentials, teachers need to proceed further for AP Teachers Transfers Web Counselling.
All the available vacancies will be shown to the individual. Every teacher can select up to 199 vacancies. Teachers have to select their existing school also as the last option, so that they remain in their place only if their preferred place/s are not available.
Transfer Orders
Transfer Orders will be generated with in 5 days from the date of Transfers Web Counselling. If a teacher is allotted to a new school as per his/her preferences, he/she will receive an SMS from the department about their new school details.
