RRC Group D Exam 2014
RRC has issued Notice No. 3/2013 dated 22.07.2014 for the conduct of RRC Group D exam 2014 for the Employment Notice No. RRC/ECR/GP-1800/1/2013. After scrutiny of applications, list of ineligible and eligible candidates have been uploaded on Railway Recruitment Cell/East Central Railway’s website www.rrcecr.gov.in. Written examination is scheduled to be held on 2nd November 2014, 9th November 2014, 16th November 2014, 23rd November 2014 and 30th November 2014. It is expected that official RRC Group D Answer Key 2014 will only be released after conducting all the examinations from 2nd November 2014 to 30th November 2014.
Written Examination consists of objective type multiple choice ( 4 options) question paper based on 10th class standard to assess the general knowledge/ awareness/ mathematics /reasoning etc. There will be 100 Questions and the duration of Written Examination will be 90 minutes. The question paper will be printed in Hindi, English, Urdu, Telugu, Marathi and Kannada. There will be negative marking for marking wrong answers. 1/3 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. Based on merit position of the candidates in the written examination, PET shall be conducted for short – listed candidates who qualify written examination. A Free second class Railway pass from nearest railway station to the place of examination and back will be issued to the candidates belonging to SC/ST communities only for appearing in the RRC Written Examination/ RRC Physical Efficiency Test whose dates will be announced later.
