Telangana Govt Ahara Bhadratha Cards and New Pension Cards

Govt of Telangana will be accepting application forms for New Pensions and Ahara Bhadhatha Cards from 10.10.2014. Telangana Govt will be issuing Ahara Bhadhratha Cards to the individuals of the state from all districts Adilabad, Khammam, Karimnagar, Medak, Mahabubnagar, Nalgonda, Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Nizamabad and Warangal. Applicants has to apply for the New Pension Cards and Ahara Bhadhratha Cards on a white paper. Last date to apply for Aahara Bhadratha Card is 20th October 2014. However there is NO Last date to submit Aahara Bhadratha Cards. Its an on going process. Any can apply any time for this card. Applicants has to mention his/her Name, Village Name, House Number, Aadhar Number, Mandal Name on the application for these New Pension Card and Ahara Bhadhratha Card. Applications scrutiny process will be held from 16th October 2014 to 29th of October 2014. After the scrutiny of applications, Govt will release the list of beneficiaries for Aahara Bhadratha Card. Any one can apply for these two cards in Telangana. This process will be monitored by MRO, Dy.MRO, Revenue Inspectors and other related officers.


Aahara Bhadratha Cards application forms will be available for public at Ration Shops. Individuals who want to apply for Ahara Bhadratha Card has to obtain the application form from the Ration Shop and they have to submit the filled in application form at the concerned revenue offices.  Applications will be kept in about 850 ration shops across Telangana. Detailed guidelines about Food Security Card (Aahara Bhadratha Card) have been released. Ahara Bhadratha Card guidelines will be added here shortly.


Telangana Govt has released a G.O Rt.No.597 on the 17th of September 2014 for the appointment of group of ministers to review and suggest measures on all matters concerning with Civil Supplies viz., Ration Cards, criteria for issuance of new cards, Quantum of Rice allotment and Rate at which released to individual member/family and financial implications thereon.

Government hereby constitutes the Group of Ministers (GoM)  to review and suggest measures on all matters concerning with Civil Supplies viz., Ration Cards, criteria for issuance of new cards, Quantum of Rice allotment and Rate at which released to individual member/family and financial implications thereon, with the following:
1  Sri Etela Rajender: Minister (Finance and Planning, Small Savings, State Lotteries, Consumer Affairs, Legal Metrology, Civil Supplies) : Chairman
2  Sri Pocharam Srinivas Reddy Minister (Agriculture, Horticulture, Sericulture, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Dairy Development Corporation Seeds Corporation) : Member
3  Sri Naini Narshima Reddy Minister (Home, Prisons, Fire Services, Sainik Welfare, Labour and Employment) : Member
4  Sri T. Harish Rao Minister (Irrigation, Marketing & Legislative Affairs): Member
5  Sri Jogu Ramanna Minister (Forest & Environment) : Member
6  Sri P. Mahender Reddy, Minister for Transport :Member
7  Sri G. Jagadish Reddy, Minister for Education :Member


Lacks of applications have already been received from Adilabad, Khammam, Karimnagar, Medak, Mahabubnagar, Nalgonda, Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Nizamabad and Warangal districts for these Aahara bhadratha Cards in just 2 days.
