Telangana state government has issued a Memo No.1858 regarding TS Salary Bills Online Preparation. In this memo, the director of treasuries and Accounts Telangana clearly noted that all TS Salary Bills should be prepared online using Telangana DDO Request. To submit salary bills DDO’s has to log in to the portal with the username and password provided for them. The following is the Memo No.1858 copy for clear understanding of the instructions that the TS Govt has mentioned regarding Telangana PRC Bills Online Submission.

Sub: Treasuries and Accounts – Revision of Pay Scales 2015 – Procedural Instructions for fixation of Pay of Employees in the Revised Pay Scales 2015 and Audit of Claims Instructions issued. While communicating the orders of the government under references cited, the following instructions are for strict implementation in respect of Revised Pay Scales 2015.

1. The Claims should be invariable admitted through DDO Request and by this process the system would allow the claims of incumbent only once.
2. The Claim should be incumbent wise rather than Group Bill
3. Since Claim is being admitted at DDO Request the data should be easily migrated to the CFMS Package as would when it becomes operational
4. Software module for PRC Claims preparation is available at DDO Request Login.

• Log in to the https://treasury.telangana.gov.in/ddoreq/ portal
• Click on PRC Option
• Click on PRC Details and Reports
• Enter Treasury ID Number
• Employees have to fill the online bill preparation forms which are displayed in the left side titled “Option Entry and PP SP”
• Employees have to click “Option Entry” button
• Then employees have to enter their particulars like Designation, PRC Code, Basic Pay, Increment Date, Date of Birth Etc.,
• Click Submit after finishing everything in the form
