TS Employees Transfers 2018
TS Employees Transfers 2018 Guidelines and Transfers Schedule has been released by the TS Govt G.O Ms.No.61 Dated 24.05.2018. TS Govt has removed ban on transfers from 25th May 2018 to 15th June 2018. Telangana Employees can apply for Transfers from 1st June 2018. Minimum 2 years service and maximum service is 5 years for employees transfers in this year 2018.
Recently Telangana Government constituted a Committee of senior officers to formulate the “TS Employees Transfers Guidelines 2018” for all categories of employees, in consultation with the concerned stakeholders, with a direction to submit their recommendation for TS employees transfers 2018 to the Telangana State Government. The committee submitted its report along with their recommendations/ guidelines in regard to TS Employees Transfers 2018.
Transfers Guidelines 2018
No person shall be transferred before completion of two years of service in a particular station as on 31.05.2018. The condition as to completion of two years, however, need not be followed in respect of
- Transfers on spouse grounds and
- Employees transferred and provisionally ordered to serve in new districts during October 2016.
No person shall be retained beyond 5 years of service in a particular station as on 31st May, 2018. However, the employees who are retiring before 31st May 2019 shall not be transferred even if they have completed five years of service unless they make a specific request for their transfer. To ensure that there is no dislocation of the work, not more than 40% of employees in any cadre shall be transferred as per this G.O Ms.No.61 Dated 24.05.2018.
Service in all cadres at a station will be counted while calculating the period of stay. Station means place (City, Town, Village) of actual working for the purpose of transfers and not office or institution. TS Employees transfers shall be effected from focal to non-focal, and vice versa. The focal and non-focal posts shall be identified by the department concerned.
TS Employees Transfers Schedule 2018
TS Employees transfers 2018 shall be made from 25th May, 2018 to 15th June, 2018 as per the released schedule. The ban on transfers shall come into force with effect from 16th June, 2018
From 25.05.2018 to 31.05.2018: Finalizing operational mechanism based on the G.O.Ms.No. Finance (HRM-I) Department, Dated:24-05-2018 by the concerned departments, in consultation with the Unions / Associations. Preparation and publication of Incumbency particulars, clear vacancies and list of the employees to be compulsorily transferred.
From 1.06.2018 to 5.06.2018: Submission of applications with option by the employees.
From 6.06.2018 to 12.06.2018: Verification of Applications and arranging, as per transfer policy and preparation of master list accordingly after counseling
From 13.06.2018 to 15.06.2018: Issue of transfer orders, and 3rd day of issue of orders employees shall be deemed to have been relieved from the previous station
